I created these recipes for my own use because I needed to lose weight both for general health benefits and some specific medical conditions.  Two compelling reasons!

The only way you can lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.  It’s that simple.  These recipes will make it easier to lower the amount you consume – the amount you burn through normal activities and additional exercise is up to you.

Lower the calories, not the satisfaction

The biggest complaint with low-cal foods is that “they don’t taste as good” so people have a difficult time staying with them.  Or, they are extremely expensive, part of package meal diet plans.  My recipes are great tasting and satisfying so you can lower your caloric intake without lowering the satisfaction of your meal.

Type II Diabetes can be partially controlled through diet by lowering the amount of total calories you intake and the amount of sugar and carbs you eat.  These recipes will assist you in that area.

These recipes are proven low calorie variations on some of my favorite foods.  I have tested each recipe and only after the results satisfy me will I post them here.
